Hi and welcome, I am Nicolas Journo, Designer and project manager for a humane design.

At the "Direction Interministérielle de la Transformation Publique" (the french government), I work for and with the ministries and administrations during their transformation and mondernisation process. I had the opportunity to make the public sector grow and innovate by conceiving and sharing innovation tools, programming a call for public policy problems to solve, and creating and run the first interministerial space dedicated to public transformation. Curently I work at the SOS Group, the french biggest social firm, to improve the social and professionnal integration of the withdrawed from school and imigrant teenagers.

As a Public policy designer or general interest designer, my convictions can be seen throughout my projects: a design human, user centric conceived for and with the users - considering their needs, their hopes and problems to create great solutions. Designing considering the state of mind, the experience and feelings, to reach a fitting experience to offer. To be a designer who design from the human and its environment for the human and its environment.
